At RW&CO., we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Returns can be processed conveniently either in-store or through our easy online mail-in portal.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email or found inside your original shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
